I. HARD INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS: Evaluation, Assessment and Advisor
Assess existing conditions of public infrastructure capital assets and develop feasibility studies for improvement and recovery for Hard Infrastructure projects for road networks, water management, sewage collection and disposal of waste water, and flood control systems in China and remote, complex and challenging environments of the sub-Saharan African region.
- A. Systematic capture of critical data utilizing asset management tools and production analysis are used to assist in the determination of action plans and level of study required to improve the current infrastructure conditions
- B. Efficient and sustainable infrastructure designs are implemented that conserve, restore, and replenish local resources to facilitate and connect local villages, townships and communities while providing commodities and services essential in maintaining and enhancing the local quality of life with clean water and decent livelihoods
II. PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
A. Manage the RFP/RFQ process procured by the Public Agencies (PA):
- Assist PA in the Review, Evaluation and Structure of RFP/RFQs based on specific criteria
- Review and evaluate the respondents’ proposals through complete matrix analysis
- Rate RFP/RFQs proposals and make recommendations to Public Agencies for awards
B. Manage Client’s total RFP/RFQ response for submittal to Public Agencies:
- Determine and assess RFP/RFQ proposal requirements
- Develop, structure and assign proposal resources
- Review and finalize RFP/RFQ package prior to submittal
- Prepare and formulate Response Strategies to Clients for Interview Presentations
